Ingredients:
- 20 puris (ready-made or homemade)
- 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
- Green chutney (mint-coriander)
- Tamarind chutney
- Spicy pani
- Chaat masala, black salt, and lemon juice
Preparation:
Mix mashed potatoes and chickpeas with spices. Crack open each puri, stuff with filling, add chutneys, and pour chilled spicy pani before serving immediately.
Vegetable Fried Rice
A quick and healthy dish made with rice, veggies, and soy sauce.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
